Salamun Alaik..
Okay...for today's post and a few others in advance, I would love to share the knowledge from Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey...(I highly recommend this book for those who want to develop own self and to be better...InsyaAllah..^_^v)..but since this is my blog..huhu...surely I will share a bit of my thoughts on the issue..just a humble one~..so lets begin..Bismillah
Stephen Covey says "Habits are the gravity pull that keep us from where we want to go, if we want to change, we have to first, change our habits"
So I say...
Habits are like the gravity force which it is hard to get lose from the force:
F = G(mass1 x mass2)
Distance(2)
If we can see that in the gravity force formula, F refers to our habits (which we want to change..huhu..), Gravity constant refers to our principles, Mass refers to the obstacles and Distance refers to the desire to change....So we can conclude that in order to change our habits (F), we have to identify our principles (G) that are fundamental to our self development..(with this I refers to Rukun Iman..^^,)..next we have to list down the obstacles(Mass) that we will face when we want to change our habits and lastly, we have to determine how much we want to change (Distance)..this will become the fuel to our changing process.
I give this formula as the kick start for the discussion on Seven Habits of Highly Effective People..Lets identify our F,G,Mass and Distance before we further indulge ourselves in the discussion..Good Luck!!Try it...you will become a better YOU once you can identify all these..insyaAllah..^_^v
~This the book~..InsyaAllah....#ChillaxAllahKanAda
